These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the website design and development services provided by Crazy-Brain Labs ("we," "us," "our") to you ("Client"). By placing an order, paying a deposit, or accepting our project agreement, you agree to these Terms.
We design and build custom websites for local businesses. The specific scope, pages, and features of your project are defined in the order you place and in the separate project agreement you sign before work begins. Demo sites shown before purchase are illustrative previews; your final site is produced from the materials and information you provide.
You agree to provide accurate business information, content, photos, and any logins or assets needed to complete the work, and to review and respond to drafts in a timely manner. You confirm you own or have the right to use all materials you provide, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions are available as an add-on. Delivery timelines are estimates that depend on receiving your materials and feedback on time.
Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design delivered for your project. We may display your project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, libraries) remain subject to their own licenses.
Because work is custom, deposits become non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellation and refund details are described in our Refund Policy.
We deliver work with professional care but provide the site "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may end a project in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit and any work completed to date are non-refundable; if we are unable to deliver, we will refund amounts paid for work not yet performed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here. Questions: hello@crazy-brain.net.
